Q. How many guests can I invite? A. 25 kids including the birthday child(ren) or 15 kids including the birthday child(ren). Kids under 24 months and anyone over the age of 18 can come and play free and are not included in the guest limit.

Q. What if I have more than the guest limit for my party? A. You will be charged $10 per extra guest over the 25/15 allowed.

Q. Can I bring streamers, confetti or banners? A. We professionally decorated party rooms, we ask that nothing be hung or taped to the walls or the ceiling. Also no confetti or silly string is allowed. If these items are used, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.

Q. Can I bring in food? A. You can bring cake and dry food such as chips and candy (no dips, salsa). No other outside food is allowed. You may order pizzas and juice or water in advance from us, which will be delivered to your party. Airmania pizza vendor only.

Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults? A. No alcohol is allowed in our facility.

Q. How do I order pizza and drinks as part of the party? A. We call you the day before your party. Please have your headcount ready one day prior to your party. Our vendor requires the orders the day before the event. You may place your order earlier if you know your headcount, by calling ahead.

What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza order? A. Your pizza order has been placed and cannot be changed the day of the party. However, adding to the order is possible depending on time.

Q. How much does a large pizza feed for the adults and what about their drinks? A. The large has 12 slices in the large pizza. Please determine how many adults you think you will have and how many pizzas you want for them. Pricing for Whole adult pizza is $10.60. We do have drink vending onsite for adults.

Q. How does the pizza order work for the kids? A. Pizza is $3.18 per child. This includes 2 slices and a drink for each child.

Q. When should we arrive? A. The host and the guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time. The 15 minute window allows time for all the guests to check in and listen to a brief arena safety discussion. 15 minutes is ample time and that means no down time for the kids!

Q. Can I bring my own themed paper products and set them up before my party? A. We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge, however, they are colored coordinated to our arena. If you would like to bring your own products, setup time is 1 hour into your party time as the room is cleaned for your group.

Q. What do I bring besides my cake? A. A cake knife, candles& matches. We will supply plates, napkins and utensils for the group.

Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family? A. No. All family members can be on the same waiver. We have extras at the building in case someone forgets theirs.

Q. What else should I bring to my party? A. You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair.
